We offer flexible memberships with NO long term contract or commitments. Members can pay month to month, 6 months or for one year with cash, check, or credit card. Session Memberships
- Advantage Membership $50 for 10 visits
All memberships except full year memberships are subject to a one time $10 initiation fee.
*Free Fitness Assessment entitles: Sharolyn Leithold, an ACE Certified Personal Fitness Trainer will complete a Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) this reading will allow you to know your accurate body fat percentage, metabolic rate and body hydration. Along with the BIA, a V02 Max which is measured by the volume of oxygen you can consume while exercising at your maximum capacity also known as your lung capacity. The assessments must be claimed within the first week of signing up.
If you are not in attendance for one month after your membership expires, your membership will be subject to another Initiation fee Only College students are exempt!
Student Discounts : Students will now receive a 10% discount on all membership fees during the school year! Must show student ID or class schedule.

Personal Trainer: Sharolyn Leithold an ACE Certified Personal Fitness Trainer spent 10 years in Los Angeles being a top personal trainer, now she is with us. During an hour work out, you will use free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment working your abs, heart, and every other muscle in your body.
