We offer daily classes in yoga, body conditioning, and SilverSneakers® The class sizes are small allowing you to get the individualized attention you needed for an effective workout.
“THE COMBO” - AYLISH
This is a great workout! It will focus on developing coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength through techniques utilized by dancers. Exercises will be borrowed from Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, Jazz and Modern Dance to create a total body workout appropriate for all fitness levels.
AM CONDITIONING - DONNA
This class will combine hand weights and stretchy bands to work every muscle group in the body. It is a deep muscle workout appropriate for all fitness levels. We will concentrate on those problem areas that are hard to work. It is not a high impact aerobics class.
PM CONDITIONING - SHAROLYN

SILVERSNEAKERS I - ROSEMARIE
This class is offered to Highmark Blue Cross medicare beneficiaries. It is paid for by the company to reduce the risk of disease. This class is easy on joints and appropriate for the beginner. It will improve strength, flexibility, and daily functions that may have become hard to do. You will incorporate chairs, weights, balls, and stretchy bands into the workout.
HATHA YOGA-SAMANTHA
This class is designed to give you a restorative relaxing hour just for you. We will begin by establishing the specific areas that you need to have addressed. Then we will begin with some gentle pose work to warm the body. We will move into poses that address your areas of concern. Every class will end with a final realization. We will be using poses, breath work, and meditation to give you a restorative experience. All poses will be done with the option of using provided props in order to make poses accessible to everyone present who is willing.
