Get Strong, Get Fit, Get Moving At Our State-Of-The-Art Fitness Center

We offer daily classes in yoga, body conditioning, and SilverSneakers®  The class sizes are small allowing you to get the individualized attention you needed for an effective workout.

SilverSneakers® I:

This class is offered to Highmark Blue Cross Medicare beneficiaries.  It is paid for by the company to reduce the risk of disease.  This class is easy on joints and appropriate for the beginner.  It will improve strength, flexibility and daily functions that may have become hard to do.  You will incorporate chairs, weights, balls, and stretchy bands into this workout.


SilverSneakers® II:

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head-to-toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.


SilverSneakers® Yoga Stretch:

SilverSneakersYoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.


Turbo Kick

Burn calories and blast fat! Turbo Kick® mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it! You’ll love having fun and losing weight. It won’t even seem like you’re working out. Each Volume includes 2 full-body workouts that help you lose inches and get the body you’ve always dreamed about.


The Power of Yoga- Exercises for Everyone

Classes will begin with a series of warm~up poses. From there we will dive into salutations geared to get the body moving, while toning and strengthening muscles at the same time. We will then work on a few balancing poses to keep participants grounded, try some back bends to help with posture, and move along with some core body positions that will tone up abs & thighs. The class will wrap up with some restorative yoga poses to give your body time to feel calm, cool, and relaxed.


Weight Training

These sessions will challenge your body as we not only develop strength and endurance, but also increase our agility, balance and coordination. Our exercises will challenge multiple muscle groups as we incorporate challenging balance exercises with strength training. These exercises help target and tone every little muscle as your body engages all of your core muscles to keep you stable and balanced.


Prenatal Yoga

Learn postures which will relieve many of the physical discomforts associated with pregnancy. Through breath work we will discover the awareness of breath and body which are useful during childbirth. Allow yourself this time to relax and focus on your growing baby.
